Brenda has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 16 years and has the ability to provide a wide range of therapy from light spa relaxation to very deep tissue massage. From spa to sport, she offers the type of therapy you are looking for, giving you the very best of both worlds. She has experience treating professional athletes, weekend warriors, post surgical care and scar reduction, as well as aches and pains from the usual daily grind.
Brenda began practicing yoga 10 years ago, fell in love with it and shortly thereafter began her training to teach it! Brenda is a plus-sized Yoga Instructor who has developed her own style over the years in order to keep yoga accessible to all individuals regardless of shape, size or level of ability. She believes that yoga should never ever hurt and should always feel good. All of Brenda’s classes are designed to release chronic tension, manage pain, and instill mindfulness.
