Mood Boost Yoga is ideal for beginners due to the inherent pace and gentle movements.

My style of yoga is, ‘less is more’. I continuously encourage my students to work at their own pace and do what they comfortably can do in their own bodies! My classesare not ‘try to keep up’ classes. They are truly designed for YOU and your body!
