Every Wednesday at 10:30 AST I will livestream a new class BUT if for any reason you miss the LIVE class, you will have access to the recording in my library to watch whenever convenient.

Every class I teach is a full body practice! That’s right, head to toe every class. We stretch, we strengthen, we balance, we even do a little coordination and dexterity. Every class has a guided relaxation and mindfulness practice. I offer modified (slightly easier variations of poses) to help YOU work at YOUR level and keep your practice pain free and enjoyable!

In order to get the most out of your practice I do recommend that you have some basic equipment; a small blanket, set of yoga blocks and a yoga strap. Blocks and straps can be purchased locally at our Shoppe Sanctuary boutique.
