Gentle Chair Yoga

 

Brenda’s Gentle Chair Yoga is a specialized program to teach you how to stretch your entire body in a safe and gentle way while restoring range of motion and decreasing pain. It’s very gentle yet very effective. Classes are one hour in duration once a week for 10 weeks. NOW ACCEPTING DROP INS! No previous yoga experience required. Suitable for persons with Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, MS and most other pain syndromes. Even if you’re just stiff and sore and want to try a gentle yoga program, this is for you. You’ll be amazed at how effectively you can stretch your entire body on a chair.
